Introduction

Global Investment Strategies, Inc., (herein “Company”) was organized and exists under the laws of the State of Florida and its principal place of business is located at 1700 John F. Kennedy (Suite 810) in Miami Beach, Florida 33141. In Central Europe we will establish a main office in Bratislava, Slovakia. The Company is owned by the members of the Management Team, as described below, with a reserve made for additional members of management and one or more prospective investors. The Company shall work in Central Europe to locate and assist companies/businesses desirous of (1) investing in the US, (2) developing business in the US, and/or (3) generating trade to/from the US and Central Europe … all resulting in increased employment.

Background and Description of Project

The bottom line of the mission of the Company is to generate business development and investment, and to facilitate and promote trade, all of which assists in improving the economic climate and reducing unemployment in the US, Central Europe, and elsewhere, as well as improving the general economic well-being in the world. As an accommodation to our clients and an additional source of revenue, our Company also shall assist in the acquisition of all forms of real property interests, including raw land, private dwellings, commercial, industrial, and investment real properties, as well as other tangible and intangible assets.
